Lifts

The modernisation of the lift system provides one of the smartest lift control systems in the world. Unlike conventional lifts where the passenger must wait to first get into the lift before placing a call to their floor, the new system knows where the passenger is travelling through the information programmed on their swipe card.

60 Margaret Street provides a full range of premium services to ensure a high standard of comfort and efficiency for all tenants. A number of these services include:
  • A full digital Building Automation System (BAS) enabling building management to monitor services such as the Air conditioning unit.
  • Security and access control to perimeter, doors and lifts.
  • Digital CCTV systems for improved security,
  • Security personnel on-site 24/7 day monitoring and patrolling the Tower
  • Emergency generator support to house and some tenant essential power.
  • Permanent on-site building management team, including a qualified engineer.


PARKING

The building provides more than 140 undercover secure tenant parking bays with after-hours access. The car park is currently operated by Secure Parking.

60 Margaret Street recognises the growing demand for cyclists and will provide over 40 fully secured bike racks centrally in the security carpark, with additional spaces to be installed as demand increases.
